General Technical Support
UHS maintains a team of support engineers who provide general technical advice and assistance for all UHS products. Access to the support engineers is via phone or email. UHS is able to offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to respond to and resolve issues within committed timeframes.
24 x 7 Support
UHS maintains a 24 x 7 team for network server maintenance and fault resolution. This ensures minimum network server downtime. Access to the 24 x 7 support service is via phone. UHS offers SLAs committing to specified response and resolution times.
